I work with women who are at a cross-roads in their lives, who may not know what they want to do next ~ but they do know they want to step into something lighter and more light-filled.

Because as women, we've become soooo good at doing and achieving. We can do this with our eyes closed! We know we can set goals and makes things happen externally.
But often, we find that we can neglect our inner world, our connection with ourselves, what is going on for us on the inside ~ our states of being.
In this place, we can become lost and mis-aligned ~ perhaps working really hard, but in the slightly (or majorly) wrong-for-us area. What was once right and aligned for us is no longer. In this space, we can become SO tired, SO depleted and SO heavy... and our work can begin to feel this way too.
And not only does this prevent us from contributing our true gifts and making as meaningful an impact on the world as we know we could ~ it also prevents us from enjoying our lives and experiencing the ease, confidence, connection, wisdom and joy that is our true birthright.
